Bay leaves and Cloves Oil for Skin

 




You will need:


15 dry bay leaves 

1 tablespoon of cloves

Extra virgin olive oil (or sunflower, sesame oil)

(optional ) 1/4 teaspoon Vitamin E


Grind into powder ~10-15 bay leaves and transfer into a glass jar.

Grind tablespoon of cloves and place in a jar with bay leaves.

Add a glass of extra virgin olive oil in the jar and mix well (you can use avocado, hemp or coconut oil instead of extra virgin olive oil). 

Place the jar covered with a lid inside a water bath on low temperature and leave for ~30 minutes. 

Leave to cool and then strain through a gauze.


You can use this as it is or add a 1/4 teaspoon of Vitamin E into the oil. Massage into your skin with circular movements and leave overnight. 

The wrinkles should reduce significantly within the first week of use.
