Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup spinach or mixed leafy greens (kale, arugula leaves, lettuce, wild rocket, valeriana etc)
1/2 stalk celery
1-3 leaves holy bazil
juice of 1 lime (or 1 lemon) or both
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp maca
thinly sliced ginger root 2 cm
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp ghee/coconut oil/olive oil
1-2 dates to sweeten
1-2 tbsp seeds (flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds)
Optional: 1 tbsp of wheatgrass powder
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. You can decorate with cinnamon powder.
The smoothie is particularly beneficial for balancing levels of estrogen.
