Limerence Smoothie




Recipe:

In a blender pour 

1-2 cups water
1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup hazelnuts, brazil or pecan nuts
1 tbsp of sesame or sunflower seeds
3 tbsps raw cacao powder
1 tbsp collagen powder
1 tbsp ghee or melted coconut oil, sesame oil, butter or cocoa butter*
(if coconut oil is used, a 1/2 to 1 tbsp of shredded coconut can be added to the smoothie, especially if needs thickening)
1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg or cardamom
a pinch of salt
1/8 tsp of chili powder
1-3 dates to sweeten

Blend until silky smooth and decorate with 1-2 strawberries or pomegranate seeds*, sprinkle with cacao nibs or cacao powder. Add a leaf of basil. 

A handful of strawberries or pomegranate (or mix; fresh or frozen) can be added directly to the blender. 

Comment: To boost estrogen, substitute sesame and sunflower seeds with flax seeds and pumpkin seeds. Use peaches and berries rather than pomegranate.
