Morning energy-producing smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup of cow milk (or plant-based milk)
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 tbsp peanut/almond/nut butter
1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp organic, raw cocoa powder
a pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp of chia or flaxseeds (previously soaked for ~10 min in 20ml of water)
Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy.
