Respiratory Tea

 Ingredients

yarrow 

mullein leaves

fennel seed

linden 





Mix equal parts of loose herbs and add 1/2 part peppermint

Store in a glass or wooden container.

1 tablespoon of mixed her covered with a cup of boiling water and let steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain.

Drink 1 cup 3 times a day. Use honey as a sweetener in >1yr old children and adults.

Breathe deeply 4-4 -4-4 breath 3 times from your heart, then follow with invigorating heart meditation.
