Ingredients:
1/2 cup kale or spinach
1/2 cup cilantro/dill/parsley/thai basil/basil
1/2 cup walnuts/pecans/brasil/macadamia nuts
1 lemon juice
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp extra-vergin olive oil
a pinch of salt
Blend roughly kale or spinach and cilantro with walnuts; add 1 squeezed lemon, 1-2 tbsps (preferably Braggs) apple cider vinegar (up to 4), honey, garlic, avocado, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Store in fridge.
