Ingredients:
2 cups cut and shredded broccoli
1 diced onion
1-2 cloves of raw garlic (or garlic powder)
Vegan mayonnaise*
Thin slices of apple
Raisins or cranberries (according to your taste)
Goji berries (according to your taste)
Pomegranate seeds (according to your taste)
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds (or 1 tbsp hemp powder)
Chopped walnuts or any nut of your choice
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Pepper to season
A pinch of salt
Comment: mayonnaise can be substituted by oil (olive, sesame etc) and 1 tbsp of vinegar.
