Facial mask with oatmeal

Ingredients:


1/3 cup of rolled oats 

1 tbsp of dried rosemary or peppermint (nettle, sage, chamomile)

1 tbsp of lavender flowers

1 tbsp whole dried calendula flowers (select only petals for sensitive skin)


Grind everything to become fine powder. 

When you want to prepare the mask, mix the powder with water or herbal tea (e.g. chamomile) to form a paste and apply to the skin for 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. 

The mask is delicately scrubby, you can exfoliate gently with fine-tuned circular movements while applying the mask.
