Pre-meal anti-appetizers

Ingredients

1 bag or 1 tbsp loose green tea, covered with near-boiled water then cooled

ginger stick ~ 3 cm, thinly sliced

1 small jalapeño chili pepper, thinly sliced

2 cups fresh peach, strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, mango or pomegranate (depending on the season) 


Method

Put all ingredients in a glass Mason jar, and add water to the top, then leave in fridge overnight and drink a glass before meal. The ingredients can be re-used few more times before discharged. This should be kept in the fridge.


This beverage helps boost metabolism, control hunger and helps shedding weight.
